Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. If your country is not included in our shipping list, please reach out via email at hello@toscostudio.com, and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of your order. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout. If your order exceeds 20kg, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.
Estimated Delivery Times
In-stock items: Dispatched within 5-7 business days
Made-to-order pieces: Production time is 2-4 weeks
Shipping transit times: Typically 5-10 business days, depending on location
These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or peak seasons.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.
Customs & Duties
Will there be duty and customs charges?
TOSCO Studio is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied by the country of destination. These fees are determined by the local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns on in-stock items. However, all made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the case of an exchange, an additional delivery charge will apply.
A restocking fee may be applied if the item is not received in its original condition.
Are shipping costs refundable?
No, shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please email hello@toscostudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Missing Items
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our pieces, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us immediately.
To file a claim, email hello@toscostudio.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
Photos of the damaged item
Images of the packaging (inside and outside)
If applicable, a photo of the shock sensor on the crate
We must file damage claims within 7 days of delivery, so it’s essential to report issues promptly. Please keep all packaging and the item as received until the claim is processed.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will determine the best course of action for a replacement or resolution.
