2. Products & Orders

• All TOSCO Studio products are handcrafted and made from natural materials, which means that variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent and should be expected.

• Our Collections feature limited-edition designs, while bespoke commissions allow for custom requests.

• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable or if there are pricing errors.

3. Payment Terms

• Bespoke Orders: A 50% non-refundable adjudication fee is required to begin production. The remaining 50% + shipping costs must be paid before dispatch.

• Collection Pieces: Require 100% payment upfront plus shipping.

• Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

• All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion and transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide; shipping costs are calculated at checkout or upon request.

• Shipping times vary based on location and courier services. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays due to customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

• If a customer arranges their own shipping, TOSCO Studio is not responsible for any damage that occurs once the item leaves our studio. If we arrange shipping, we can also coordinate insurance upon request.

• Orders must be inspected upon delivery. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a claim.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

• Change-of-heart returns are accepted for in-stock pieces, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with proper packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.

6. Damage & Claims

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any items, contact us at hello@toscostudio.com within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• All packaging and the damaged item must be retained until the claim is processed.

7. Warranty & Liability

• Our products are designed for indoor and covered outdoor use. Prolonged exposure to extreme weather may cause changes over time.

• TOSCO Studio is not responsible for improper use, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by incorrect handling (e.g., drilling into pieces).

• We do not offer warranties unless explicitly stated for a specific product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and product designs on this website are the exclusive property of TOSCO Studio and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.
